8. Oscar Boy Ödülleri: Adaylar

Ve beklenen an geldi! Sizi bilmem ama ben Oscar’dan ziyade kendi ödüllerim için yaşıyorum. Olabildiğince fazla filmi müthiş bir sabırla izlememin tek sebebi kapanışı yaptıktan sonra geriye dönüp pişman olmamak. Ve bu sene özellikle Oscar’dan bir gün evvel açıklamak istedim adaylarımı. Etkisi altında kalmamak, oradan bağımsız bir şeyler yaptığımın farkına varılması için. Geçtiğimiz sene Readers’ Choice ile Oscar Boy Ödülleri’ni birbirinden ayırdığım için sizlerin ilk oylama döneminin başlangıcı 23 Ocak’a kadar beklemeniz gerekiyor. Bu arada hem benim seçimlerime bakar, eksiklerinizi tamamlarsınız. Benim niyetim ise önümüzdeki hafta Perşembe günü ödüllerimi dağıtıp 2015’e tam anlamıyla veda etmek. Tabii Salı’ya kadar pek çok yazı sunacağım önünüze. Yılın enleriyle ilgili düşüncelerim sırayla gelecek.

Kutlama sürecinin fitilini bugün ateşliyoruz kısacası. Sekizinci kez dağıtacağım Oscar Boy Ödülleri’nde bu yıl Mad Max: Fury Road 9 adaylık birden alarak tüm rakiplerine fark attı. Animasyon ve belgesellere En İyi Film kategorisinde adaylık vermeme kuralımı yine kaldırdım. Bu sebeple Inside Out ve Anomalisa da top 10’uma giriş yaptı. Macaristan’dan Son of Saul, Fransa’dan Girlhood, Birleşik Krallık’dan The Lobster haricinde olağanüstü birkaç Amerikan yapımı da var: Carol, The End of the Tour, The Revenant ve Steve Jobs. En İyi Film dalına giriş yapamadan en çok adaylığı alan yapım ise Creed (5) oldu. Efendim liste “benim” olduğu için üzerine söylenecek pek bir şey yok. Ama tabii fikir beyan etmek size kalmış. Dilerseniz şuradan da 8. Oscar Boy Ödülleri’ne kimler aday diye bakabilirsiniz.
