31. Chlotrudis Adayları

Bağımsız sinemanın en iyilerini ödüllendiren Boston merkezli Chlotrudis Bağımsız Sinema Derneği, 31. Chlotrudis Ödülleri’nin adaylarını açıkladı. 15 kategoride belirlenen adaylar arasından kazananlar, 16 Mart Pazar günü açıklanacak. Kendi ödüllerimle hep ortaklıklar gördüğüm için takip etmekten asla vazgeçemediğim grupla bu sene çok ayrı düşmüşüz ne yazık ki. En İyi Film kategorisindeki 6 yapımdan 4’ünden aktif olarak nefret etiğim yetmezmiş gibi her buldukları kategoriye de salonu terk ettiğim The Beast’i sokuşturmuşlar.

Andrea Arnold’ın yönettiği Bird, 10 adaylıkla zirveye oturmuş. Romen yapımı Do Not Expect Too Much from the End of the World ve Léa Seydoux’lu The Beast ise yedişer adaylıkla ikinci sırada yer almış. Japonya’da geçen iki yapım, Wim Wenders imzalı Perfect Days ve doğa-insan ilişkisine odaklanan Evil Does Not Exist, altışar adaylıkla listede kendilerine yer bulmuş. Bu arada Nuri Bilge Ceylan’ın son filmi Kuru Otlar Üstüne de iki adaylık çıkarmış. Tam liste şöyle:
