86. Akademi Ödülleri’nde En İyi Özgün Müzik dalında yarışma hakkı elde eden 114 yapım belli oldu. Bilmeyenler için hatırlatalım, bu dalda aday adayı olabilmek için belli miktarda orijinal beste içermesi gerekiyor filmlerin. Nebraska haricinde favori olup da kurallara uymayan başka bir film yok bildiğim kadarıyla. Onun haberi de zaetn daha önce yapılmıştı. Ayrıca The Lone Ranger ile American Hustle’ın da listede yer almadığını hatırlatayım. Beni en çok şaşırtan gücünü müziklerden ziyade, film için bestelenmiş şarkılardan alan The Great Gatsby oldu. Ama asıl bomba Yılmaz Erdoğan’ın Türkiye için yabancı film dalında aday adayı olan Kelebeğin Rüyası isimli filminin Rahman Altın tarafından yapılmış müziklerinin yer alması.
