Oscar yarışında 31 animasyon, 85 uluslararası film ve 169 belgesel

Oscar’a geri sayım devam ederken AMPAS, 97. Akademi Ödülleri’nin En İyi Animasyon, En İyi Uluslararası Film ve En İyi Belgesel kategorilerinde değerlendirmeye alınacak yapımların tam listesini duyurdu. Tam liste ve Akademi’den gelen bültenin kısmi çevirisiyle huzurlarınızdayım:

ANİMASYON
97. Akademi Ödülleri için 31 animasyon film yarışmaya hak kazandı. Ancak adaylık sürecine geçmeden önce, bazı filmlerin gerekli gösterim koşullarını yerine getirmesi ve kategori kurallarına tam uyum sağlaması gerekiyor. Animasyon dalındaki adayları belirleyecek oylama sürecine, Akademi’nin Animasyon Branşı üyeleri otomatik olarak katılırken, diğer dallardan üyeler de izleme kriterlerini karşılayarak dahil olabiliyor artık.

ULUSLARARASI FİLM
Uluslararası Film kategorisinde ise 85 ülkeden gelen yapım değerlendirmeye alınacak. Akademi’nin tanımına göre, bu kategoride yarışan filmler, Amerika dışında üretilmiş ve ağırlıklı olarak İngilizce olmayan (%50’den fazla) bir dilde çekilmiş olmalı. Oylama sürecinde tüm Akademi üyeleri, belirli bir izleme şartını yerine getirerek bu kategorinin oylamasında rol oynayabiliyor. 15 filmlik kısa liste 17 Aralık 2024’te açıklanacak. 85 yapımın ABD dağıtımcıları ve Letterboxd linklerinin de yer aldığı listeye buradan ulaşabilirsiniz.

Filmler, yeterliliklerini sağlamak adına festival ödülleri kazanmış veya ülkelerinin ulusal seçimi olarak Uluslararası Film kategorisine başvurmuş olmalı. Belgesel kategorisindeki kısa liste, 17 Aralık 2024’te duyurulacak. Belgesel Branşı üyeleri, kısa listeyi ve ardından aday filmleri belirlemek üzere oy kullanacak.
